Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the SnapVisa mobile application (the "Service") operated by HunersApps.

Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

The Service

SnapVisa provides a photo editing and document preparation service specifically designed for visa, passport, and official document photos. The core features include photo editing, background removal, and format optimization. Premium features such as AI-powered background removal and advanced editing tools are available through a premium subscription.

User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the photos and content you upload or create within the app ("Content"). You represent that:

• You have all necessary rights to your photos and Content
• Your Content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws
• You consent to the processing of your photos for the intended service purposes
• You understand that photos may be temporarily processed on our secure cloud servers for AI features

You retain all ownership rights to your photos and Content.

AI Processing and Cloud Services

When using AI-powered features such as background removal or color change:

• Your photos may be temporarily transmitted to secure cloud servers for processing
• Processing is performed using Google Cloud Vision API and similar AI services
• Photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing
• You consent to this temporary cloud processing for service functionality
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data during processing

Subscriptions and Premium Features

SnapVisa offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal
• You can manage your subscription through your App Store Account Settings
• Premium features may include AI processing, advanced editing tools, and additional export options
• Refunds are subject to App Store policies

Advertising and Analytics

Our app may display advertisements and collect analytics data:

• Ads are provided by Google AdMob and may be personalized
• You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings
• Analytics data helps us improve the app experience
• All data collection follows our Privacy Policy

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Create fraudulent or misleading official documents
• Violate any laws or regulations regarding official documents
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of the app
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers

Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to maintain service availability, but:

• AI processing features require internet connectivity
• Service availability may be affected by maintenance or technical issues
• We do not guarantee the acceptance of processed photos by official agencies
• You should verify that processed photos meet your specific requirements

Intellectual Property

The SnapVisa app, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by HunersApps. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our Service without written permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for:

• The acceptance or rejection of photos by government agencies
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Loss of data due to device issues or user error

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
