HunersApps operates the SnapVisa mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

A. Data You Provide Directly:

• Photos and Images: Photos you upload or capture for visa/passport document creation. These images are processed locally on your device and may be sent to our secure cloud services for AI processing.
• Account Information: If you create an account or sign in, we may collect basic authentication data through Firebase Authentication.
• Document Requirements: Information about visa/passport requirements you select to customize your photo processing.

B. Data We Collect Automatically (via Third-Party Services):

• Subscription Status: To manage your premium subscription, we use a third-party service called RevenueCat. RevenueCat assigns you an anonymous user ID and manages your purchase history to verify your premium status. We do not see your personal payment information.
• Analytics Data (Optional): We may use services like Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data to understand how our app is being used and to improve the user experience. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect data about your device and usage patterns to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.

C. AI Processing Data:

• Photo Processing: When you use AI features like background removal or background color change, your photos are securely transmitted to our cloud-based AI processing services (powered by Firebase Functions and Cloud Vision API).
• Processing Logs: We may temporarily store processing logs for debugging and service improvement purposes. These logs do not contain your actual photos.
• Data Retention: Photos sent for AI processing are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours of processing completion.

Data Storage and Security

Your privacy and data security are our top priorities.

• Local Storage: Most of your data, including processed photos and app preferences, are stored locally on your device.
• Cloud Processing: When using AI features, photos are temporarily transmitted to secure Google Cloud servers for processing and are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
• Authentication: User authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication, which follows industry-standard security practices.
• Encryption: All data transmission between your device and our servers uses industry-standard TLS encryption.

Third-Party Services

Our app integrates with the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, analytics, and cloud functions
• RevenueCat: For subscription management
• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements
• Google Cloud Vision API: For AI photo processing features

Your Rights and Choices

• Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time, which will remove your authentication data.
• Data Control: You have full control over the photos you process and can delete them from your device at any time.
• Ad Preferences: You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy settings.
• Analytics: Analytics data is anonymized and cannot be traced back to individual users.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
